My 14 Year Old Daughter Is On A Psychiatric Inpatient

My 14 year old daughter is on a psychiatric inpatient unit for sucidal ideation, and suffers from Major Depression and General Anxiety Disorder. She was placed on Celexa, Wellbutrin, and then Visceral for anxiety. After 48 hours of being on these she reported seeing crumbs turning into bugs and going in and out of the floor, and other things. Is this a reaction from these drugs being used together? Standing alone these drugs do not show hallucinations as a side effect. My daughter has never done this before.
