My 14 Year Old Daughter Takes Fludrocortisone For Dizziness Caused

My 14 year old daughter takes Fludrocortisone for dizziness caused by change of position. Her cardiologist recently increased her dosage from .1 to .2 daily. She is an athlete and plays basketball and soccer. The spring soccer season just started again and she has had 3 games. In the last 3 games she has now had 2 migraines (used to get migraines but hasn't had one for two years before the last 2 weeks. She complains of tingling in her right hand, vision issues, headache and numbness/tingling in her lips and tongue. Can migraines and this tingling be a side effect of the Fludrocortisone?
