My 14 Year Old Daughter Was Treated In The ER

My 14 year old daughter was treated in the ER 24 hours ago with iv antibiotics and pain meds for pyelonephritis. She was released last night with prescription antibiotics to take at home. She's still in considerable pain in her back that radiates to her stomach, and her fever was 102.8 this evening which is higher than its been. Should I take her back to the ER, or do her antibiotics need more time to work? I gave her norco for pain/fever and she's sleeping. My current plan is to take her in again this evening if her fever and pain continue to increase. Does that sound safe?
