My 14 your old son tells me he hasn't started puberty yet and in April he will be 15 and get his permit he is only 5,2 and weighs 130 pounds chubby and a really high pitched voice he told me that he masterbates and when he does after a while a clear liquid that smells like urine comes out like he is peeing He doesn't get acne except he usually gets one every 3 months and he isn't a hygiene enthusiast He has no hair anywhere except where you have hair before puberty he told me everything is still fine pre puberty colored and he played football and was lifting like crazy for 2 years but didn't gain any muscle as I've heard you can't gain muscle pre puberty I don't know what to tell him he wants help but he doesn't want to have to take a shot for it on the butt he had to get one when he was 12 and he cried about the pain nonstop please help me
