My 15 month old has blotchy skin on her back and stomach. She also has large red mosquito bites that have been like that for 2-3 days. Also diarrhea for 2 days. Does not want to eat much and is very sleepy. No real fever at this time however she had a 100-103 fever about 5 days ago. Not sure what to do about it. The fever came before through bites and diarrhea so don't know if they are related. Should I take her in or try some benadryl cream for a few days to see if that helps at all?
