My 15 Year Old Son Slid Into The Boards Head

My 15 year old son slid into the boards head first during a hockey game yesterday. After that he continued to play and noticed he had blurred vision for about 10 minutes. We went to eat and when his food arrived he got nauseas and had a bad headache. We immediately left and made the 1 hour trip home. He complained about the bright sun and went to the back seat. When we got home he showered and said he was feeling better, all symptoms were gone. I was told to take no aspirin or other meds, drink a lot of water and wake him up every two hours. He was fine all night and feels great today. He was outside playing basketball by himself with no issues. What should he be doing? When will he be able to play hockey again?
