My 18 Year Old Daughter Was Playing Basketball Last Evening

My 18 year old daughter was playing basketball last evening and received an elbow to the face. This afternoon she began feeling unusually drowsy, fell asleep during class(never has done this before), almost fell asleep in cafeteria during supper. She complains of a headache that medicine is not helping, sensitivity to light and loud sounds. She is away from home at a boarding academy. Does this sound like a concussion?
