My 18 Year Old Son Has Intense Stomach Pain Centered

My 18 year old son has intense stomach pain centered around his belly button and below. He was exercising earlier in the day. Drank plenty of fluids. Vomited everything up and has had some dry heaves. Temporarily relieved pain and now pain returned - it's constant and not throbbing or shooting.
