My 19 year old daughter has severe pain in her lower right abdomen spreading to her lower back. She has had a bowel movement today and has vomited once. No fever
This pain may be due to acute appendicitis.
Consult nearby doctor at earliest. An Ultrasound of abdomen and CBC are advisable to pick up the diagnosis.
Hi. She needs to be evaluated by a surgeon on the earliest. Looks like appendicitis. Please get a full blood count done so that you can take the result to the surgeon. DO NOT DELAY
