My 2 year old son is has a stool that is soupy like. My wife feeds him mixed vegies from a blender mixed with a little childs cereal, along with some baby food mixed in. He is not eating solid food on his own yet.
This is the 2nd day of this liquid green like stool and now he is acting like he just wants to lay down. Normally he is energetic. We have a Doctors appt. in the Mor. at 10:30 am
