My 2 Yr Old Took Her First Dose Of Amoxicillain

My 2 yr old took her first dose of amoxicillain 3.75 hours ago. Changing her I noticed her leg veins, thigh to toes, I could see every single vein. Like a road map. Very visible, light purple. Do you think there is a connection to the amoxicillain? Allergic by chance?
