My 20 month old daughter had a fever of 102.3f 24hrs ago, at the Dr's today try seemed to think it was probably a virus. Currently she seems slightly sweaty at her neck and cold to the touch all over, even after warmer layers for a bit. She is now cranky and restless in her sleep. Is this normal post fever? Or should I be concerned about other causes? We also had swim class yesterday and she did take in about a mouthful of water.
