My 21 Month Old Daughter Was Caught With A Bottle

My 21 month old daughter was caught with a bottle of baby oil in her hands on Friday afternoon. It was a new bottle and hardly any appears to have been missing from the bottle. However there was a smell of it on her lips so i can't be sure if ahe swallowed any accidentally. She's been fine since, no vomiting or fever or sickness. Should i be worried or concerned for any symptoms to look out for?

She's currently teething her final molars and is phlegmy, and also salivating a lot but this was prior to the incident. Will she have changed in her breathing by now if she had in fact aspirated any of the oil?
