My 26 Year Old Son Doesn't Have A Large Intestine.

My 26 year old son doesn't have a large intestine. For the past 36 hours he's had multiple muscle spasms throughout his body. His legs, head and back all ache. He vomits if he eats anything. He thinks he's dehydrated from the other day when he was drinking light to moderate (not drunk) didn't eat properly and didn't drink enough water to offset the alcohol. During the past 36 hrs. he's been trying to drink sports drinks and water. He does not have any fever. Is dehydration the most likely culprit?
