My 3 year old has had no appetite for 4 days, crying out when asleep and then balling up then stretching out. He threw up 2 times on Sunday was fine on Monday then had diarrhea on Tuesday. Wednesday and Thursday he just laid around and is too tired to even talk. Today he went to school and ate well and played normal. When he got home he ate nothing and laid on the couch but denied pain. Should I take him into the ER? He is currently asleep but he woke up an hour ago crying.
