My 3 year old son went swimming yesterday and the water was cool as it was about 75 degrees outside with a cool breeze.

I had too pull him out because he started shivering a lot and wrapped him in blankets to warm him up. Today he has had a fever. We have given him Tylenol and the fever comes down. However now the fever is back so we tried Childrens Motrin.

He doesn't want to eat and has thrown up twice. He tolerates water and some Gatorade.

Our concern is could he have caught pneumonia
