My 3 Yr Old Has Been Unwell Since Monday. She's

My 3 yr old has been unwell since Monday. She's had a high temp, chesty cough, cold, diarrhoea and puking up on Wednesday. She's been off her food, not eating as much.

Today she didn't have a temp and has been herself. Then from 9 til 11 she puked up 3 times. The 2nd time she puked up I saw a blood clot with pieces of blood in. Then the 3rd time with streaks of blood. Before she pukes up she cried in pain because her belly button and lower right side of belly is hurting her. Then once she's puked up she's fine?
