My 34 Y.o. Daughter Takes Warfarin For A Blood Clot

My 34 y.o. daughter takes warfarin for a blood clot and was recently diagnosed with a UTI (staph) and given a drug specific to the bladder infection. She is very concerned that after 5 doses and still not feeling better, the infection could be more then just bladder. Her healing femur break has more pain than usual. Could the staph infection also be in her hardware?
