My 39 year old brother had four hernia's and was admitted in the hospital. The physician tore his bladder and he was sent for an emergency surgery within 12 hours of the first. his testicles were so swollen that they cut them so they would drain. He has a hardening of some kind in one of his testicles and says it painful. The physician has ordered CT and Ultrasounds for this and not told him anything yet. What could this be?
