My 4-month Old Son Was Advised To Undergo X-ray Due

My 4-month old son was advised to undergo X-ray due to PTB exposure. Here is the result:
Both lungs are hyperaerated with no active infiltrates, heart is not enlarged. Costophrenic sinuses are intact. Diaphragm is flat. Both thorax are unremarkable

Impression: Pulmonary hyperaeration

Is this something I should worry about?
