My 4 Year Old Son Had A Tonsillectomy, Adenoidectomy, And

My 4 year old son had a tonsillectomy, adenoidectomy, and ear tubes put in yesterday morning. Last night, he vomited a lot of dark, bloody, mucus. This morning, he vomited bright red blood...2 or 3 tablespoons I'd say. He gargled with ice water for a bit and the bleeding seemed to have subsided. A few hours later, he produced a large amount of dark and tarry diarrhea...I am concerned...should we head to the ER?
