My 44-year-old Daughter Was Admitted To A&E After Collapsing And

My 44-year-old daughter was admitted to A&E after collapsing and banging her head twice, and it is thought she is suffering from labyrinthitis and has now been sent home with medication. Is it OK to also take paracetamol with the medication she has been given (I do not have the medication available)?
