My 44 Year Old Husband Had Triple By Pass At

My 44 year old husband had triple by pass at the age of 35. At that time all blood worried, blood pressure and his EKG had good results. His last checkup was in August and everything checked out well except small blockages in small veins. The dr said they don't do anything with them if there isn't any symptoms.

Unfortunately he's been sleeping a lot more than usual. He has called in sick 3 times in the las 2 weeks and for the past couple of days he falls asleep around 6 or 7 and sleeps until the next morning. He's complained of a slight stomach ache off and on. This was his symptoms when he had his bypass. Could this be his heart again?
