My 5 year old tubes came out 4 months ago- one hole closed, the other did not. He has a thick white substance comjng out of the hole- he has been on cipro drops on and off, a 10 day treatment o augmentin ... and this fluid still seems to come out. We have been back and forth to the ent and all they are saying to do is use the drops - yet the problem is not going away. do you have any advice? Substance does. it smell, it actually stays in the ear canal and we have had to got to ent 3 times to get his ear vacuum immed out
