My 54 Year Old Brother In New Hampshire Has Reticulonodular

My 54 year old brother in New Hampshire has reticulonodular densities in right middle chest, cough since January, weight loss, and had been burning wood all winter and storing wood in the house that was found to have black mold. He had a bronchoscopy and they are growing cultures one week ago only. One doc thinks TB and one says not. Skin TB test negative. Mold testing in house positive for Aspergillus and penicillium. He also is restoring an old wooden boat with rotten wood. A radiologist friend of mine looked at the chest X-ray and CT and sees a fungus ball with tree in bud formation. Brother frustrated with lack of answers and wondering abut going to Mayo? Any thoughts? They are not treating him now with anything. He has had toe rounds of anti fungal and two rounds of antibiotics. Everyone concurs not cancer, but what???
