My 6 years old son has itp from 1 year ago his dr gave him prednisolone but he is dependent on pds.he tried one time ivig and platelete count rised to 220000 but after one week droped to 24000.he tried one time anti d but it didnot answer.now he is on 5mg prednisolon+500 mg trenexamic acid +50mg azetiopreen each day but the plt count is not more than 30000 and he has nosebleeding and some bleeding ih his mouth.do you have any idea?
