My 7 Year Old Had Nerve Damage To Her Front

My 7 year old had nerve damage to her front tooth causing it to turn grey with no other problems. That tooth came out and it looks like new tooth maybe grey although not sure can just see a tiny bit of it broken through the skin. If it is grey what can be done?
