My. 7 Yr Old Son Has Had Symptoms Of The

My. 7 yr old son has had symptoms of the stomach flue since Thursday the 15th. He had constant throw up from 5pm Thursday to 6 am Friday. His symptoms seem to go away with slight stomach pain. He's eaten very little and when he does we only allow bland food and small amounts. Today he started to get back to normal but this evening it seems his stomach pain has increased as if his sickness started from day one. No throwing up. No diarrhea. No fever. Wondering if he just over did it today or is it something else I need to worry about.
