My 7 yr old son, start coughing monday by tuesday evening he was creating shallow with a fever of 102.1 by 4:22 am today his fever was 101.5 and having issues breathing and coughing. his fever fell today it only went up to 99.4, the breathing issues went away but not the coughing. he was given fever meds, but the family has a history of asthma. should I wait and see if the breathing and fever comes back or take him to the ER
