My 72 Year Old Husband Had A Left Side CVA

My 72 year old husband had a left side CVA on Sept.12, 2014. He is not talking, but is in therapy and is trying. Also his right side has very little movement, but more now because of therapy. What do think his prognosis will be with his speech? Will it be a very long time with the therapy?
