My 75yr old mom had shoulder surgery last week Friday. She started feeling weak and nauseous on Tuesday. Started vomiting on Wednesday and not able to keep anything down. Made a visit to ER Thursday night due to dehydration. Gave her fluids and zofram then sent her home telling her she had a stomach virus. She is still vomiting and not able to keep anything down. We've given her the zofram they sent home but it's not helping her. What should we do?
