My 82 yr old mom was prescribed an antibiotic which contains sulfur last Thu. On Sat. shewasn't feeling too well. running a low fever. Yesterday she went to the doc because her face was beet red and still running a low fever. I met her at the doc and while we were waiting I noticed red on her arms and then I looked at her back and it too was covered in red splotches. Her doctor seems to think she is having a reaction to the sulfur and gave her a steroid pill to take. She took the first last night. So far she is still very red. Just checking to see your opinion. She lives in an assisted living facility.
