My 84 Year Old Father Has Cancer Of The Left

My 84 year old father has cancer of the left kidney, inoperable, poor renal function eGFR usually runs about 25. He has ongoing frank haematuria requiring blood transfusions - usually every 3 to 4 weeks. His Hb was 8.5 and he had 2 units of packed cells yesterday. Today he has been symptomatic for 9 hours - vomited X1, has nausea and not moved around much with no diet and minimal fluid taken. Should we sit this out until to,or row or should he be medically assessed? Thanks
