My 84 Year Old Mother Will Have Overwhelming Attacks Of

My 84 year old mother will have overwhelming attacks of weakness to the point she cannot walk. Her heart begins to race as well which I attribute to the stress whatever her condition is causing her. She will also get this overwhelming sense of weakness while sitting in a recliner. My mother is under alot of stress due to my fathers declining health. Any ideas?
