My 88 Year Old Mother Suffered A TIA A Little

My 88 year old mother suffered a TIA a little over a week ago ( her second one in nine years). It affected her speech and language during the few hours she was experiencing it but her motor skills were not affected. By morning, her speech had returned to normal the hospital neurologist deemed that a possible clot that had traveled to her brain from perhaps a carotid artery in her neck had by the morning, dissolved. In the days that have followed she has felt progressively better and stronger but for the past two days has been complaining that her head just does not feel " clear " and this morning is experiencing a dull headache. Is this to be expected?
