My 92 Year Old Mom Had A Bad Cold Along

My 92 year old mom had a bad cold along with fever last week end. She still has somewhat of a cough but no fever. Now her body temp is low 95 to 96.6 and she gets really restless and confused and complains sometimes that she feels sick and groans and acts miserable. What would be the problem?
