My Aunt Just Passed At 68, Seems So Young. She

My Aunt just passed at 68, seems so young. She was hospitalized w lung infection was released and seem to be doing fine. Lowered her oxygen at home finally to minimal. She was found sitting at table her head hit and she hit hard enough to crack skull so thinking she passes away then hit table top, but said blood coming out of mouth. I'm really confused doesn't seem like copd. Her breathing seemed fine early not whizing or shortness of breathe. I thought she was progressing to the good was takin off steroids but still on antibiotics. Had heart surgery three years ago on blood thinner. What the heck happened ?
