My CT Scan Report Done For Sinusitis Had The Following:

My CT scan report done for Sinusitis had the following:
1. Inflammatory polypoid mucosal thickening in the left maxilliary antrum with plugged left osteomeatal complex
2. Inflammatory polypoid mucosal thickening in the sphenoid sinus, ethmoidal air cells bilaterally, frontal sinuses and fronto-ethmoidal regions bilaterally and in the right maxilliary antrum
3. Mildly deviated nasal septum to the left with a bony spur, compromising the left nasal passage
4. Slight hypertrophy of the inferior nasal turbinates bilaterally with paradoxical curvature of the right middle nasal turbinate
5. The uvula is slightly elongated

Have been recommended surgical intervention. How serious this is.
