My Daughter having age 3.5 years had fever due to ear infection we consulted pediatrian and ENT on 7th dec 16. They given MOX cv , OTOREX EAR drops. later fever reduced again fever started 12th dec but again it got reduced after few days if we are giving calpol 250mg.
From past 2 days fever is attacking in night time and it is getting reduced after giving calpol.
So we did blood tests as per pediatrician CBC, Urine routine, EST and peripheral blood smear

PERIPHERAL SMEAR REPORT:
RBC's :
Majority of RBCs are normocytic normocromic.
No Significant anisopoikilocytosis seen.
No Precursor cells noted
WBC's:
Count is appears with in normal limits.There is a relative
predominance of neutrophils seen.I.
No immature cells seen.
PLATELETES: Adequate in number and normal in morphology
PARASITES : No haemoparasites seen
IMPRESSoN : NORMOCYTIC NORMORICHROMIC BLOOD PICTURE WITH
RELATIVE NEUTROPHILIA
Urine routine all results are normal.
We are observing her once in a month she is suffering with fever (If climate changes she will be not well), Her appetite is also less we need to force her to take food always.
Kindly suggest us to use best medication further she should not get fever frequently.
