My Dr took me off Cymbalta and put me on Pamelor, this was on the 4th of Feb. The thing is back in Dec he told me to try to go off Cymbalta cold turkey and at that time I was on 60mg cap. I tried but the lighted headed and dizziness was so bad he put me back on the 30mg cap. I guess I should tell you it is for my fibromyalgia. None of it has done anything for the aches and pains or to help me sleep. Also when he switched my meds on the 4th of this month he did not think I would have the side effects like I had in Dec, to get to the point, I have had constant light headedness and dizziness nice I switched and I stopped the Pamelor because I would just snap at my husband or my grandkids for no reason at all. Also I have had sleeping problems for a couple years but while on that med I had weird dreams and slept even less then my normal 4 to 5 hours anight.
