My Husband Has A Problem With Controlling His Bowl. He

My Husband has a problem with controlling his bowl. He has always been a person to go more than once before leaving for work. But over the last couple of years it has got worse. Hasn't mentioned this to Doctor until about 2 weeks ago. (Naughty Boy) He had a Heart Quad By Pas about 8-9 yrs ago. He is taking Asprin 100mg.,Simvastatin 80mg., and Betaioc CR 23.75., He keeps well other wise and has regular checks with Dr . He is 74 and still works part time. As the condition is worse and he is not making it to toilet in time.
His Doctor told him to take Kiwi Friut. Which he has done. ( I Think it's worse) We eat a good balanced diet, but maybe we could both have a little more fruit but our diet isn't fruitless. His last check up was fine, just asked to watch sugar and salt levels. They were creeping up a little but not serious. We are starting to take this advise. About a six weeks ago I got him to take Calaium Tablets with Magnesium, Manganese, Boron, Zinc, Vit. K, Vit D3. After about 3 weeks his motions did firm up, but not enough to fix the problem.
I will try to get to Doctor again. But would love some input thank you.
Regards
Kerry
