My MRI Results: In The Hippocampus No Significant Focal Volume

My MRI results: in the hippocampus no significant focal volume loss, asymmetry or obvious T2 hyper intensities are seen. The gray white matter differentiation is preserved. small Choroidal cysts are seen on the right side. Mild diffuse volume loss with prominence of the sylvan and cistern all spaces is seen.
* I had MRI performed for daily chronic migraines. Can you tell me anything? I feel like my doctor swept everything under the rug and is not taking seriously.
