My Mother has had dry extremely itchy swollen patches under her eyes for months now. Her eyes are red and swollen. She also has the same itchy redness in the creases running downward from the corners of her mouth. She has been to her doctor and an eye specialist. She has tried allergy medications....yeast medications...cortisone creams....nothing works. She is at her wits end.....it looks terrible and is so itchy and swollen that it keeps her awake. Any ideas?
