hi
welcome to hcm
u might be suffering from recurrent dislocation of patella
in this the patella(knee cap) slips back and comes to its normal position.
this could be because of lax muscles or ligaments around the knee joint
try knee strengthening exercises
static quads and hams
Hi,
Thanks for query,
As X-ray reports are normal and you have discomfort at knee it indicates that there is something wrong with soft tissues.
You might have lax knee muscles causing little loosening of joint giving you trouble.
You might have some damage in the ligaments of the joint causing this problem.
Do regular knee exercise,patellar exercise.
Do not squat or more bending at the joint.
ok and bye.
