My Adult Daughter Had Brain Surgery In Fall, Which Removed

My adult daughter had brain surgery in fall, which removed some of her "gray matter" with cortical dysplasia, greatly reducing her seizures. Since this is a congenital condition, is it possible that I, during my pregnancy with her (30+ years ago), ingested some harmful chemicals/food additives/etc. that might have predisposed the neurons in her brain to form incompletely....???
