My ankle is swollen so I can't see my ankle anymore. I did not break it, I feel I strained it working out and believe it or not, I was on my tip toes putting in light bulbs for the new place I just rented. I have put cold packs on it. This is now day 3. It is hard to put weight on it, but once I get going it gets better, but I still am hop along.
I'm 52, in good shape, but just started back working out so I may have over done it. Anyways, what is the best treatment for healing?
