My Arms And Some Part Of Face Are Dark And

My arms and some part of face are dark and doc suggest me to use meaguard sun screen and melaglow at night..I m using it but still the dark spots are there.My doc said I need to use it atleast for 3months after that he can prescribed any other depending on the result .So any suggestion from your side help me for the clarification.
