-endometrioid adenocarcinoma well differentiated in one overy
-Adenomyosis with atypical hyperplastic glands(suspicious areas) in the superficial myometrium at base of polyp
-leiomyomas
-chronic cervicitis with foci of basal cell hyperplasia
-chronic salpingitis
-hemorrhagic follicular cyst in other ovary
-There is endometrioid adenocarcinoma in one overy and atypical endometrial hyperplasia with suspicious areas in the uterine polyp and in its base
