My Baby Fell Off The Bed. She Hit The Front

My baby fell off the bed. She hit the front of her head and now has a soft bump. It doesn't seem to hurt her at all. She's acting normal not vomiting or anything. Took her to the ER but they weren't able to do a CT Scan because she was too actor. How long will it take to go back to normal? What can I do for treatment to her the bump go down faster?
