My Baby Has 2 Little, Pin Sized "blister" Bumps, White

My baby has 2 little, pin sized "blister" bumps, white in color, on her groin. After they "pop" the redness that is around the lesion goes away within an hour or two. They pop very easy, even gently washing them will pop them. She doesn't seem bothered by them, isn't sick. Doesn't flinch when I touch or wipe them. It is very hot this time of the year and she gets another that pops up over night and after the previous one went away. She doesn't have any in her vagina or anus. Any idea what it could be? Thank you.
